Steps for booking hotel
Step 1
When you are in the website page for example: KLCC hotels, hotels in klcc or best
hotels in klcc, you can check at the “Check Room Availability” to be able to check
instantly on room that is available in klccc. This method is the same with all hotels
sites in www.joshinetwork.com In the “Check Room Availability” Section in the Hotel
Site, please set your date of check in and check out, room type and number of rooms.
Click on Green Button to “Check Availability” to see if room is available for the
date that you have set. System will immediately show if room is available or not.
Should the room be available, the message will indicate that “Room(s) are available
for the selected room and date and please proceed to make the reservation. Please
click on Blue Button “Make Reservation Button” to proceed with your room reservation.
If the room is not available, a message will appear to indicate that room is not
available. Please change your room booking date.
Step 2
The Reservation Form will show the details of the dates and room type that you have
indicated. If you decide to change the reservation details, please click on the
Red Button “Change Reservation” If no changes need to be made, please proceed to
the bottom section of the Reservation Form. Please add your personal details of
name, contact address and valid email address to ensure that your Hotel Confirmation
Form will be sent to you. Next please enter the number of Adults and children to
be checked into the room. Please note that some rooms can only accommodate 2 persons
in a room. For more details of number of person entitled to stay in a room, please
check our Room & Rates Page in your Hotel site. Next click on Green Button to “Proceed
to Payment”
Step 3
Since our online reservation is highly secured and all details are encrypted, most
merchant banks that service for Visa and Master requires all credit card customers
to have their own pin / password in order to proceed with Online Payment. Should
you do not have or unsure or forgotten your pin / password, please check with your
merchant credit card Bank to obtain it. Without the pin/password, you will not be
able to proceed with making your room booking.
Step 4
The full details of your reservation will appear such as name, room type, check
in date, check out date, number of nights and room rate. If all details are correct,
please proceed to enter your valid credit card details. Please ensure to state the
correct credit card details. Any wrong information and your reservation will not
be confirmed. Payment amount will appear. Room confirmation is based on partial
payment of deposit to ensure that your room reservation is instantly secured. Balance
of payment can be made directly to Hotel on the day of check in. Hotel may charge
your credit card for the balance based on high periods before your check in date.
Please read Terms and Condition below reservation form before you finally click
on the button "Confirm"
Step 5
Please check your email address immediately. You will receive an instant room confirmation
email voucher in your stated valid email address. You can print the email voucher
for your hotel check in purpose. Joshinetwork.com will also send an official Hotel
Voucher to your valid email address. Please print and ensure that you hold the Hotel
Voucher to check into Hotel. Hotel may not accept any check in should you not hold
our hotel voucher.
