Good location, not so good service

Hotel is the most ideal spot for shopping addicts. On the whole decor is very sparse , probably the look that they are going for. The toiletries that they give looks cheap and I don't even dare to use it. (Might as well buy from the throngs of shops nearby) Service staff especially the Male staff at the front desk are useless as one will say the opposite of another...The female staff on the other hand are of much better help. Will come here again because of the location BUT definitely will try to avoid the front desk staff as far as I can.....

Great Venue & Value for $

The location of Piccolo hotel is very convenience and it is just minutes away from various shopping plazas like Lot 10 , Sungei Wang , Pavilion etc. The stay at Piccolo hotel is really great. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and their service is wonderful. It will definitely be my 1st choice to stay at Piccolo hotel when I visit KL.

A great first time!

A hotel with a great location.Walking distance to all the malls in the area so tourists can save money from the mostly overcharging taxi drivers infesting this part of town.Hotel room is very clean with a modern interior.Generally love the room and have nothing to complain about the hotel.Pleasant!

Simply the best

Best location with chic looking rooms. staff are friendly. ideal place for those who drove up north from SG. carpark is secure with a guard to look after the car. will be coming again very soon

Highly Recommended!

We certainly enjoyed our King size non smoking Room 916 with views facing The Pavilion. Very modern, bright and functional room with all the latest conveniences and excellent mirrored layout. The location here is excellent for all tourists, shoppers and business travelers. Very near to all eating places, hawkers centres at Lot 1, BB Park, Jalan Imbi, Jalan Alor etc. Literary, you can feed on all varieties of cuisine left, right, front, rear, top and bottom of this hotel. Shopping for overseas ex Malaysian tourists like myself is great at around Bukit Bintang. Also, all round free internet is available. I had requested for a late 3pm check out but they granted me 1 pm checkout - which is ok since I kept my 5 pieces of luggage ( from over shopping!)in conceige. The management will need to maintain the current facilities in good order to maintain the current condition, so that we can continue to enjoy out stay next time. Just book this place in KL and you will have an enjoyable Malaysian stay. Malaysia bolih! Piccolo bolih!
