How do I cancel the reservations I have made?
You must email to reservation@Malaysia-HotelResorts.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it 72 hours before your expected check-in date to the hotel. Please note all cancellation are subject to cancellation fees based on hotels.
How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
All reservations will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of request. If you do not receive any email reply after 24 hours, please contact us immediately or email us at reservation@Malaysia-HotelResorts.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
How do I make changes to my reservations?
Each confirmed reservation is given a reservation ID from the confirmation email we send you. Please provide your reservation ID should you want to change your reservation & email to us at reservation@malaysia-hotelresorts.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please note some hotels may charge a change fee.

In order to secure your bookings we need to receive full amount of payment at least 14 days before your arrival. Therefore we recommend an early reservation in order to ensure availability. For bank transfer we require one-time prepayment in full equivalent to the value of your booking. In case of cancellations, the refund amount, if any, will be subject to the cancellation charge of RM 150 or 5% of the total payment (whichever is greater) plus the actual bank transfer fee.
