  Reservations

Q. How do I make my room reservation ?
A. To make a room booking please click on the book button and it will lead you to our secured online reservation form. Please ensure that all details specified on the reservation form are fully furnished.

Q. How can I be sure that my credit card information is secure?
A. We use SSL Secured Sites Layer Transactions for all our credit card transactions.

Q. Can I make a booking without using my credit card but by cash deposit or bank transfer instead?
A. All room bookings require credit card payment to instantly secure your room. Our booking system guarantee an instant confirmation of the room and all credit card details are encrypted.

Q. Can I make a room booking by phone or email?
A. All room reservations are to be made through our online secured reservation form

Q. After submitting my reservation form with my credit card details how will I know my room booking is confirmed?
A. All reservations are based on instant confirmation, and so you will receive an auto email confirming your reservation.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive this auto confirmation email?
A. You will receive the auto confirmation email to your valid email address indicated by you in the reservation form immediately.

Q. How long will it take for the hotel to reply to my reservation?
A. All bookings are based on instant confirmation and so your booking is confirmed when you receive your auto email confirmation.

Q. What do I need to check in to the hotel?
A. Please print out the email confirmation that you will receive for hotel check in. Hotel will only accept the name of the person who made the reservation. Therefore it would be advisable for u to print out the email confirmation.

Q. For the reservation to be secured I used my credit card however upon arrival at the hotel I wish to pay by cash. Is this possible?
A. Due to high or low period the hotel may or may not charge your credit card upon checking in. You may inquire upon check to allow you to pay by cash instead. Please check the hotels terms and conditions.

Q. Is there any advantage to book early?
A. Yes, it would as some hotels have room promotion whereby rates are lower if you book early. Please check the hotels terms and condition for further details on the duration in which you should book before check in.

Q. Is payment collected during the reservation process?
A. Yes all bookings are based on a deposit payment or full payment (subject to hotels terms and conditions) to secure your room reservation.

Q. How far ahead should I make the reservations?
A. At least 72 hours before arrival date.

Q. Is it advantages for us to book early ?
A. Yes it would as most of the time we are always fully booked. In order not to get disappointed please make your booking as early as possible.
Q. Is payment collected during the reservation process?

Cancellation Policy

 
Q. How do I cancel the reservations I have made?
A. You must email and quote your reservation number to sales@joshinetwork.com at least 72 hours before your expected check-in date to the hotel. Please note all cancellations are subject to cancellation fees based on hotels terms & conditions.
 
Q. How do I make changes to my reservations?
A. Each confirmed reservation is given a reservation ID from the confirmation email we send you. Please provide your reservation ID should you want to change your reservation & email to us at admin@joshinetwork.com Please note some hotels may charge an administration fee for any changes.

Q. What is your hotel/resorts cancelation policy and what is the penalty if I default?
A. All cancelation policy and penalty chargers if any are stated in the website


Payments
 
Q. Which credit cards are accepted for guarantee/ deposit for payments?
A. Only Visa MasterCard and debit card are accepted.

Q. What types of credit cards does your hotel resort accept?
A. All major credit cards are accepted.

Q. Why do you need my credit card number and expiry date?
A. To guarantee all room reservation.

Q. When submitting my reservation, it ask for my pin/password number by the merchant bank. Is it safe to show my pin / password number and why do I have to show it ?
A. Our SSL Online Certificate is safe and secures your details. Our Online Booking System is connected with the Merchant Bank which will verify to guarantee the credit card details. All details are safe. Should you do not know your pin/password please contact your local bank


Rooms & Rates
 
Q. For rates offered in your website can I ask for a special discount?
A. Rates offered on our website are discounted internet rates meant for internet bookings only through our website. We also offer special room promotion rates during low periods through our website.

Q. Are there any special discounts for airline staff/or foreign government employees?
A. We offer the cheapest room discounted rates throughout the year and these cheap rates apply to everyone.

Q. What is the check in and check out times for a room?
A. Check in time is at 2 pm and check out time is at 12 pm.

Q. What is the earliest time I can check in if I arrive at the hotel early in the morning?
A. Standard check in and checkout time applies. Any early check in is subject to room availability.

Q. Are there any extra room charges for early check in?
A. Based on hotels term and condition and subject to room availability, the hotel may or may not charge you.

Q. If I want to check out after 12pm is there any extra charges for late check out?
A. Normally check out at 2pm is not chargeable but subject to room availability, however hotel may or may not charge according to room occupancy.

Q. Are there any shuttle services to/ from the airport?
A. Yes hotel provides airport transfer but is chargeable. Should u require airport transfer please state it in the reservation form. We will give u the airport transfer quotation for your confirmation.

A. Yes, extra bed and baby cot is available subjet to availability and please state your request in the reservation form.
