Great hotel with a magnificient view! Great hotel with a magnificient view!
Second time we stayed at this hotel. Got an adjoining room as requested. Room is big,clean and spacious for a superior. Only minus point is no safe in the room but still ok. Breakfast spread is good. Staffs are prompt and efficient. There are pool and soccer tables at the lobby. Wifi is cheap. Will stay here again if needed. Kudos!

We lived in this Hotel almost for free (tour package promotion). Before leaving, I was a little disappointed by reading the reviews here. But the fact is that, it is much better than expected: room is clean, location is good and service is also OK. The most important, their breakfast is awesome, there are so many choice and the taste is excellent!

This hotel came recommended, so we took no notice of the poor reviews. Our experience overall was memorable. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, and gave us an awesome dining experience in the Chinese Restaurant. One of the highlights of our Malaysian holiday. We did make the management aware of a lack of communication on check in - and after that, the service was personalised and impeccable. I would agree that the rooms are a little tired, but the value is unbeatable.

went there as attending course held in equatorial hotel...overall....comfortable....good place to organize for meeting & course......the food was ok.....it is located at peak of cameron highland.....nice view!!!!
