office levels from Level 4 to 16 of the adjacent block into 106 apartment units.
Ongoing internal construction work is scheduled from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays

New, clean and beautiful
Went to KL for a 3D2N trips to eat n shop. The apartment is just great as discussed,
but is alightly out of place to everywhere except for the pubs which were just directly
below. Just want to contribute some of the photo i took....Fyi, I stayed in a 2
bedroom apartment.

Excellent!
This is just an excellent place, everything was beautiful here, rooms are incredible,
location is very good (5 minutes walk to Twin Towers and 5 minutes walk to shopping
and dining), breakfast was very nice (selection wasn't huge, but we still could
eat a lot and I'm usually fussy about these things as I'm vegetarian). Infinity
pool on the 18th floor could be a little bit warmer, but it's beautiful anyway.
We would definitely stay here again!!!

Luxury hotel in centre of Kuala Lumpur
54 reviews Luxury hotel in centre of Kuala Lumpur Oct 18, 2003 I stayed in this
hotel twice, once in November 2003 and again in November 2005. The first time this
was still a Novotel but that changed in 2004. I booked this hotel myself after finding
information on the internet. Emails were sent and responded to quickly and transport
(limousine service which is basically a luxury taxi) from the airport to the hotel
was arranged through the hotel. Unfortunately when we got to the airport the limousine
wasn't there and after calling the hotel we heard there had been a mix-up. We ended
up arranging the transport ourselves but were re-imbursed by the hotel. We had booked
a normal hotel room for ourselves and our 15 month old daughter, but to make up
for the problem with the limousine we were upgraded to a junior suite. This consisted
of a small room with a single bed through which you could walk to the double room
with bar fridge and coffee & tea making facilities and a luxury bathroom. The room
had a beautiful view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Breakfast was wonderful, all you
can eat buffet with Malay and Western Dishes. There's one catch though: the food
that you don't eat will be weighed and if it's over a certain weight you will be
charged for it. A good idea to reduce wastage! We also enjoyed the hotel pool very
much which is situated on the third floor in the central open area. Because the
hotel is built around it it is shaded and quite cool for most of the day. The hotel
is situated close to the city centre and you can walk safely to several tourist
attractions. Or if you prefer, you can get a taxi (not so safe!) at a reasonable
price. We also made use of the on-site tourist information office and boked a tour
to the Batu Caves. We had a wonderful three day stay here in 2003. When we returned
in 2005 we were bringing our two daughters so we had decided to book the junior
suite this time. But lo and behold, we had similar problems with the booked limousine
service and were upgraded again, to an executive suite this time! This room consisted
of a large sittingroom with desk and high speed internet, a large bedroom with second
tv, luxury bathroom and guest (?) toilet. We had another great few days in the hotel
and would definitely go again if we get the chance to return to Kuala Lumpur!

Very clean, quiet hotel, good location.
Hi. I have stayed at the Royal Bintang Hotel in Kuala Lumpur last September. It
was great. It was lovely and quiet. I think it will be great for the children. We
had two rooms with adjoining doors. The decor was very tasteful and very clean.
The hallways on all floors are carpeted and very clean, Beige colour if I remember
correctly. You won't be disappointed. The breakfast was really nice also. The pool
was very quiet, an ideal place for the children. Didn't see anybody at the pool.
A great view at night of the Petrona Towers. We paid about $70 AUS per night per
room. Maybe they have a family rate and room. Hope this helps... Have a great holiday...Cheers...Kerry

Decent Enough Hotel
The stay was pleasant. We booked this hotel last minute... we were after a 5 star
hotel in the area, but could not get a room. We wanted to be in this location, so
we opted for 4 star instead.... and we were pleasantly surprised. It's nice. Not
a luxury hotel, but the room is big and clean. All the hotel staff are very friendly
and helpful, and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. So it's not modern,
nor glamorous..... but just basic. Good value for money staying in a nice place,
in an awesome location. I would recommend this hotel, as it's in a good location
on Bukit Bintang (the main shopping street in KL). Especially good considering how
cheap it is. Now I can't justify spending 3 times as much money for a 5 star hotel
down the road.... this hotel certainly pleased me. Twice previously while in KL
(during Grand Prix), we have stayed in the Federal Hotel (next door). The Federal
Hotel is slightly more expensive. I would certainly recommend The Royal Bintang
Hotel in place of the Federal. The Royal Bintang is cheaper, but also the rooms
are much nicer, and bigger! So if trying to decide between the 2, go for this one!!
Next time in KL will definitely consider staying here again, can't see any reason
not too! Good location! Cheap $$! Nice!!
